Service Description

Consultation Service consists of a detailed report listing all items for the homeowner to do to prepare the home for sale. 1) Stager visits the home to evaluate & takes reference photos. 2) Stager prepares detailed report. 3) Stager meets with homeowner to review recommendations. In-Home Consultation with detailed report is a $150. flat fee. If hired for Home Redesign, the cost of consultation is waived.
